Shipping Policy

Important: Shipping information including address, zip code, and contact number must be confirmed before delivery. Please ensure your order address matches your intended shipping destination to avoid delays.

1. Shipping Services

We provide a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs, ranging from global express to standard post services:

  • Express Services: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and SF Express.
  • Standard Post: China Post, Singapore Post, and Hong Kong Post.

We offer both Freight Prepaid and Freight Collect options. For prepaid orders, costs are calculated manually based on weight, courier choice, and destination. For freight collect, a valid account (DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT) is required.

2. Working Hours

Our customer support and logistics teams operate during the following hours (Beijing Time - BJT):

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

3. Duties and Taxes

For international orders, all additional local taxes, duties, GST, tariffs, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility. Due to the complexity of international shipping, we cannot provide specific estimates or quotes for these amounts. Please contact your local customs office for detailed information.

4. Processing & Delivery Time

Order Processing: We typically process and ship orders within 3 business days after your payment is verified.

Delivery Estimates: While we strive for timely delivery, international shipping is subject to courier performance and local customs clearance. If you experience delays, please contact us for assistance.

5. Service Descriptions

Below are the estimated timelines for our supported couriers:

  • DHL / UPS: 3 – 8 working days. (Recommended for Europe and Asia)
  • FedEx: 4 – 8 working days.
  • SF EXPRESS: 2 – 5 working days. (Best for HK, Macao, and Taiwan)
  • EMS: 4 – 15 working days. (Recommended for Russia, Japan, and South Korea)
  • E-packet: 7 – 15+ working days. (Available for USA, CA, AU, FR, UK, and RU for parcels under 2KG)
  • Post Air Mail: 20 – 30 working days. (Up to 60 days for South America)

6. Important Notes

  • All timelines are calculated from the date of shipment, excluding processing time.
  • Delivery speeds may be affected by customs clearance, local postal efficiency, seasonal demand, and weather conditions.
  • For urgent orders, we strongly recommend Premium Express services.
  • Tracking numbers will be provided via email once the shipment is confirmed.
