3. Orders & Pricing

All prices listed on the Modmu website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Order Acceptance: Placing an item in your cart or submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Modmu reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change at any time. However, once an order has been accepted and confirmed, the price at the time of order will be honored.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Modmu is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns, Warranty & Limitation of Liability

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any product you purchase is suitable for your specific application and that it is installed and used in a safe manner.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Modmu website shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where imaker Studio operates. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
